Our restorative journey together is a mutual and symbiotic process of understanding your optimal growth to wellbeing overc wellness  focused on your restorative It's about understanding your journey. Your story matters to me, and together, we will work towards illuminating your capacity to overcome challenges and heal from concerns that binds you. 

I really get into the nitty-gritty of what is going on in your life. Together we will take a deep dive into understanding the issues you're dealing with—looking at it from your point of view and considering how it fits into the bigger picture of your life. It's like putting together a puzzle to figure out what's causing any imbalances. It is not just about finding problems, it is all about finding that sweet spot where things feel right for you. And if there has been any unfairness or an imbalance, you and I will go on a mission to set things right.

We are going to chat about the main challenges or circumstances you might be facing and how they are showing up in your day-to-day life. Taking a cue from an African-centered viewpoint, our goal is to really understand your personhood, familyhood, and neighborhood. Our work together includes  seeking the truth, but we will do it with respect, cultural awareness, and a touch of grace.
