Intergenerational Transmission of Trauma
Mission Statement
At the heart of my restorative engagement is a commitment to the transformation and well-being of Black individuals. Rejecting conventional Western mental health paradigms, I center my approach on developing a psychology deeply rooted in the rich tapestry of the African and Black worldview.
African/Black Tailored Mental Health Care
Dedicated to the unique needs of Black men and youth, my restorative engagement is a reflection of an African worldview. I celebrate the distinct experiences and strengths of each individual I serve. I utilize African and Black cultural concepts and practices such as:

- Explore of the intersectionality of your race, gender, and socio-economic factors in shaping experiences -
